1. An official space of about 800 to 1000 sqft. is required (less depending on locality/place/town/city)
2. There should be a bare minimum of 7 desktop computers available to students. Later, should have the capacity to increase desktops as the number of students increase.
3. There will be an agreements followed with a official contact between G.A.P.S and the said firm.
4. The firm must consist of one such individual who has adequate qualification in computer application. That same person from the firm will be appointed as the director for the said G.A.P.S institute.

• General franchise fee : Rs /-
• Under this, the centre will be authorized for conducting courses in computer education.
• Royalty : % of the course fees is to be paid as royalty.

For inspection of the said location, Rs 40,000/- has to be deposited as an advance amount of franchisee fee. A team of authorized personal of G.A.P.S will inspect the place and location thereafter. If the inspection report comes positive, the remaining franchise fee has to be paid at the time of agreement.

• The agreement needs to be signed up within 7 days from the date of inspection.
• The agreements will be valid up to 3 years. After 3 yrs the agreement can be renewed after a fresh inspection and a renewal fee of Rs 10,000/- needs to pay to G.A.P.S.
• Payments will be made in cash / cheque / NEFT bank transfer or in demand drafts in favour of G.A.P.S payable at Guwahati only.
